The Ontario County Sheriff’s Office reports the arrest of a Rochester woman on an active bench warrant issued out of Canandaigua Town Court.
The warrant for Terisue Nudd was issued after she allegedly failed to appear in court to answer a charge of aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.
Following her arrest on Thursday, Nudd was taken to the Ontario County Jail to await CAP arraignment.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
