A Rochester woman was arrested at Thompson Hospital in Canandaigua on a bench warrant issued out of Ontario County Court.
The warrant issued for Niomi Flagg’s arrest was issued for her apparent failure to appear on a previous criminal possession charge.
Flagg was held for CAP Court to be arraigned and will appear at the Ontario County Court at a later date to answer the charge
