A Rochester woman was arrested Wednesday by the Ontario County Sheriff’s Office on a charge of petit larceny.
Whitney Bretten is accused of stealing $99.00 worth of merchandise belonging to Target in Victor.
Bretten was released on an appearance ticket and will appear in Victor Town Court at a later date.
