A Rochester woman was arrested Tuesday by the Ontario County Sheriff’s Department.
It is alleged that Keisha Batten was observed stealing multiple clothing items totaling $480.00 at Von Maur in Victor. She was charged with Petit Larceny.
The 29-year-old was released on an appearance ticket for Victor Town Court.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
