A Rochester woman was arrested Saturday by the Ontario County Sheriff’s Office following an investigation into the report of an in-progress larceny at Dick’s Sporting Goods in Victor.
Maritza Mccullough was allegedly found to have exited the store, passing all points of sale, without rendering payment wiith unpaid merchandise.
In addition to being charged with petit larceny, Mccullough was banned from all Eastview Mall properties. She will appear in Victor Town Court at a later date.
