A Rochester woman was arrested by the Seneca Falls Police Department on Thursday.
During a call for service, police observed Brianna Velez to allegedly be in possession of a white powdery substance, which tested positive for Cocaine.
The 29-year-old Velez was charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance and was released on an appearance ticket for Seneca Falls Town Court.
