A Rochester man is facing felony charges following a shoplifting incident at the Target store in the Town of Victor.
According to authorities, 19-year-old Lah’don-Pierre Dillon was taken into custody on Friday after store employees reported a theft. Investigators allege Dillon passed all points of sale without paying for merchandise valued at $51.92.
Deputies say Dillon had previously been banned from all Wilmorite Properties through 2027 following a prior shoplifting incident in 2025. Because of that ban, he was additionally charged with third-degree burglary, along with petit larceny.
Dillon was transported to the Ontario County Jail to await centralized arraignment. He is scheduled to appear in Victor Town Court at a later date to answer the charges.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
