A traffic stop Tuesday morning in Ontario County resulted in the arrest of a Rochester man.
Richard Ward, Junior, was spotted by the Ontario County Sheriff’s Office, speeding on Valentown Road in the town of Victor. A roadside investigation determined Ward was driving while under the influence of drugs. The 34-year-old was charged with Driving While Impaired by Drugs, and speeding.
Ward was processed and released to a sober-third party and will appear in Victor Town Court to answer the charge.
