A Rochester man has an appearance in Canandaigua City Court after being stopped for speeding on North Main Street.
Following the traffic stop by Canandaigua City Police, it was determined that 57-year-old Brian Grant had been driving in an intoxicated condition.
Grant was brought to the Ontario County jail for arraignment.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
