A Rochester man was taken into custody early Thursday morning by the Ontario County Sheriff’s Office on two warrants.
Frankie Coney was picked up on a bench warrant issued out of Victor Town Court as well as a Family Court Warrant.
After being arrested without incident, Coney was brought to the Ontario County Jail to await CAP arraignment.
The Elmira Police Department assisted in the arrest of Coney.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
