The Ontario County Sheriff’s Office reports the arrest of a Rochester man on a bench warrant issued out of Ontario County Court.
The warrant for Thomas Jorgensen’s arrest stems from his alleged violation of Family Court.
Following his arrest, Jorgensen was sent to the Ontario County Jail and is being held pending his next court appearance.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
