A Rochester man was arrested by the Ontario County Sheriff’s Office on a violation of probation warrant.
Orlando Zayas was initially arrested by the Rochester Police Department following an incident. It was discovered that Zayas had a warrant out of Ontario County for allegedly violating probation.
Ontario County Deputies transported the 26-year-old to the Ontario County Jail where he was held pending arraignment.
