A Rochester man was arrested Wednesday at the Dicks House of Sports store at the Eastview Mall in Victor.
32-year-old Jason Limoli was arrested on a violation of probation warrant that was issued out of Victor Town Court. Limoli is accused of failing to report to Ontario County Probation for a scheduled appointment.
Limoli was brought to the Ontario County Jail to await CAP Court arraignment.
