A Rochester man was arrested Thursday by the Ontario County Sheriff’s Office on a warrant.

40-year-old Ryan Bufano was taken into custody at the Monroe County Jail on an active arrest warrant out of Farmington Town Court charging him with unauthorized use of a motor vehicle.

Bufano was transported to the Ontario County Jail for CAP arraignment.

Following arraignment, Bufano, who also had an active warrant out of the Genesee County Sheriff’s Office, was taken to Batavia

The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
