A traffic stop by State Police led to the arrest of a 27-year-old Rochester man on a bench warrant out of Farmington Town Court.
Justice McCullough was taken into custody early Thursday morning and turned over to the Ontario County Sheriff’s Office.
McCullough was processed at the Ontario County Jail and was awaiting for failing to appear on a grand larceny charge.
