A Rochester man was picked up in Penn Yan early Friday morning on a bench warrant issued out of Ontario County Court.
Milton Mosley was wanted for the charges of aggravated unlicensed operation, operating a motor vehicle while impaired by drugs, driving while ability impaired combined by drugs and alcohol, and criminal possession of a controlled substance.
Mosley was taken into custody without incident and turned over to the Ontario County Sheriff’s Office.
