A Rochester man was taken into custody Friday following a shoplifting incident at Von Maur in the Town of Victor.
Police say 30-year-old Nolan Espina Noble allegedly left the store without paying for $436 worth of merchandise.
Espina Noble is scheduled to appear in Town of Victor Court at a later date to answer the charge.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation, and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
