A Rochester man has been arrested on promoting prison contraband charges in Ontario County.
59-year-old Edwin Ramos is accused of being in possession of cocaine while incarcerated at the Ontario County Jail. Ramos was charged with promoting prison contraband and was being held at the Ontario County Jail pending Central Arraignment Processing.
Ramos will return to Hopewell Town Court at a later date to answer the charge
