The Wayne County Sheriff’s Office reports the arrest of a City of Rochester man following a warrant investigation.
36-year old Tommy L Rogers III was arrested for Grand Larceny and Unauthorized Use of a Motor Vehicle. He is alleged to have stolen the vehicle from a Walworth property last year.
Rogers will answer the charges against him at a later date.
