A Rochester man was arrested Monday by the Ontario County Sheriff’s Office.
Darian Garcia was taken into custody on a violation of probation warrant out of the Ontario County Sheriff’s Office.
The 22-year-old Garcia appeared at CAP arraignment and was released on pre-trial conditions.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
