The Ontario County Sheriff’s Office reports the arrest of a Rochester man for an incident that allegedly happened in the city of Canandaigua.
Davon Perkins is accused of taking an electric bicycle from the Rite-Aid store on North Main Street. The 20-year-old was later spotted by the victim riding the bicycle in the area of Emmerson and Risser Roads.
Perkins was charged with grand larceny and brought to the Ontario County Jail to await a CAP arraignment
