Rochester Man Accused of Stealing Cars in Wayne County

A Rochester man has been charged with three counts of grand larceny following an investigation by the Wayne County Sheriff’s Office.

It is alleged that last November, 44-year-old Christopher Horr was going through cars in the town of Ontario overnight. He is accused of stealing a credit card from one of the vehicles and later using that card in Monroe County. Horr is also accused of working with another person to steal two unlocked cars from a driveway. Both vehicles were later recovered in Rochester.

Horr is in Wayne County Jail without bail.
