A traffic stop on State Route 96 in the town of Farmington just after midnight Wednesday morning resulted in the arrest of a Rochester man.
According to the Ontario County Sheriff’s Office, during the roadside investigation, Rafael Rodriguez was allegedly found to be in possession of cocaine.
Rodriguez was charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance and was released on an appearance ticket for Farmington Town Court.
