A Queens, New York, man is facing charges in the village of Penn Yan following a traffic stop Saturday night.
George White, Junior, was spotted driving on Liberty Street while allegedly having a suspended New York State driver’s license. White was also found to be driving an uninspected and unregistered motor vehicle.
White was released on appearance tickets for Penn Yan Village Court.
