A month-long investigation into the theft of propane tanks from a retail establishment in the town of Prattsburgh has culminated with two arrests.
39-year-old Joshua Roth and 29-year-old Miranda Elwell, of Prattsburgh, are accused of damaging a storage facility and stealing several propane tanks.
Elwell and Roth were both charged with felony burglary and were released to appear back in Steuben County Court.
