Prattsburgh Man Arrested on Felony Charge for Violating Order of Protection

A Prattsburgh man was arrested by State Police on a felony charge of aggravated family offense following an investigation into the report of a suspicious person.

Troopers located the suspect, Corey Roth, and were advised of an active Order of Protection against the 30-year-old, stating he should not be at the location. In addition to the felony charge, Roth was charged with misdemeanor criminal contempt.

Roth was taken to the Steuben County Jail to await arraignment.
