A Prattsburgh man is facing drug charges stemming from an incident at the Yates County Jail.
Deputies say 22-year-old Nathaniel Garber was served a criminal summons on Wednesday for possessing methamphetamine while in custody back in May.
Garber is scheduled to appear in Penn Yan Village Court at a later date.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation, and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
