A Buffalo woman has been arrested for allegedly stealing two tankless hot water heaters from a local Lowe’s store.
Police say when 53-year-old Patricia Harper left the Hopewell store on October 15th without paying for the two, $2,500 items, she had her 15-year-old grandson with her.
In addition to grand larceny, Harper was charged with endangering the welfare of a child.
