Police arrested a Sodus man for allegedly driving drunk Sunday night in Wayne County.
The Sheriff’s Department pulled over Erik Moreno on North Centenary Road in Sodus for a traffic stop. Moreno was transported to the Wayne County Sheriff’s Office for processing where he submitted to a chemical test resulting in a BAC of .24%.
Moreno was charged with driving while intoxicated, aggravated driving while intoxicated with a BAC of .18 or higher, aggravated unlicensed operation, failure to use a designated lane and open container.
