The investigation into a complaint in the village of Penn Yan resulted in the arrest of a 35-year-old Penn Yan man.
During an investigation by village police, Justin Robinson was allegedly found to be in possession of an unknown substance, which was confirmed to be MDA or Methylenedioxyamphetamine.
Robinson was issued an appearance ticket for Penn Yan Village Court.
