Penn Yan Police arrested a Penn Yan man on aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle charges following a traffic stop in the village.
A DMV check of Lloyd Robinson’s operating privileges revealed they were allegedly suspended for failure to answer a summons in December 2020 with a total of 14 other suspensions. All of the suspensions were related to Robinson’s alleged failure to answer a summons.
Robinson was issued a traffic ticket and will appear in Penn Yan Village Court at a later date.
