An Ontario man was arrested by the Wayne County Sheriff’s Office following an investigation into a larceny.
Employees of a business that was not identified by police reported Ryan Lawliss was located sleeping in the bottle return area of the store. Further investigation found that Lawliss had concealed multiple consumable items in his jacket. The 39-year-old Lawliss was located at the incident location in Walworth and arrested on a charge of petit larceny.
Lawliss will appear in Walworth Town Court at a later date.
