Police say a Manlius man had a blood alcohol content of more than three times the legal limit when he stopped after they had received complaints of a person acting abnormally after driving a car.

Through an investigation by the Cayuga County Sheriff’s Office, it was determined that 38-year-old Brian Hahn had driven a vehicle while intoxicated. Hahn was arrested and brought to the Public Safety Building for processing, where he gave a breath sample of .25% BAC and was charged with DWI, Aggravated DWI, and other traffic infractions.

Hahn was released on tickets for the Village of Weedsport Court.
