A Lyons man was arrested in Wayne County on Sunday following the investigation into a domestic incident.
54-year-old Bruce Cole is accused of breaking a flat-screen television.
Cole was charged with criminal mischief and brought to the Wayne County Jail to await CAP arraignment. An Order of Protection was requested for the victim
