A Dundee man has been arrested on a Yates County Superior Court warrant for selling drugs.
Elwood Hilligus, Junior, is accused of selling methamphetamine to an agent of the Penn Yan Police Department on multiple dates. The 47-year-old Hilligus was arraigned on two counts of criminal sale and criminal possession of a controlled substance.
Following his arraignment in Yates County Supreme Court, Hilligus was released to pretrial services in accordance with New York State Law.
