Police arrested a Canandaigua woman after she allegedly threatened to kick a 14-year-old in the face.
33-year-old Alesha Howell was arrested on a criminal summons issued out of Canandaigua City Court for the May 14th incident.
Howe was charged with harassment and was released on an appearance ticket for Canandaigua City Court.
