A domestic disturbance in Seneca Falls on Saturday resulted in the arrest of a 27-year-old Seneca Falls man.
Police responded to a residence for a reported domestic incident where Charles Orego, Junior, is alleged to have kicked a table that almost struck multiple victims. Orego, Junior, was charged with harassment and three counts of endangering the welfare of a child.
He was brought to the Seneca County Correctional Facility where he is being held to await arraignment.
Orders of protection were requested on behalf of the victims.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
