The investigation into an alleged overdose at the Ontario County Complex in Hopewell resulted in the arrest of a 28-year-old Manchester man.
When deputies arrived on the scene, they found Steven Snyder in the driver’s seat of his car slumped over, unconscious and unresponsive.
Snyder was charged with driving while intoxicated and was released to appear in court at a later date.
