The investigation into a stolen car being driven at Eastview Mall in Victor last Friday night resulted in the arrest of a 36-year-old Rochester man.
Hector Cruz was found to be driving a car that was allegedly stolen out of the town of Irondequoit on April 12th.
Cruz was charged with a felony count of criminal possession of stolen property and was released on an appearance ticket for Victor Town Court.
