A Pittsford man is facing charges after a shoplifting complaint at Target in the Town of Victor.
Deputies say 48-year-old Soroush Mortaz Hedjri was taken into custody on September 13 after allegedly passing all points of sale without paying for merchandise valued at $225.86.
Mortaz Hedjri was released and is scheduled to appear in Victor Town Court at a later date.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation, and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
