The investigation into a disturbance at a residence in the town of Phelps led to the arrest of one of the people involved.
The alleged physical dispute involved a man and a woman and while investigating, deputies discovered that the woman involved, 47-year-old April Ost was wanted on a bench warrant issued out of Gettysburg, Pennsylvania for failure to appear.
Ost was brought to the Ontario County Jail to await transport to Gettysburg.
