The Macedon Police Department reports the arrest of a Phelps man following an incident earlier this week.
Police say 52-year-old Thomas Barse has been charged with assault in the second degree. No details regarding what led to Mr. Barse’s arrest was released.
He was processed at the Macedon Police Department and later taken to CAP Court for arraignment.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation, and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
