A Phelps man was arrested by the Seneca Falls Police Department for an incident that happened back in November.
40-year-old Timothy Tandle was arrested back on November 12th for allegedly stealing merchandise from the Walmart Supercenter in Seneca Falls. He was charged with petit larceny and burglary.
Tandle was brought to the Seneca County Correctional Facility to await arraignment.
