A Phelps man has been arrested on a public lewdness charge.
Andrew Platt’s arrest stems from an investigation of an incident that happened on Sunday.
The 37-year-old Platt was issued an appearance ticket for Phelps Town Court at a later date and time.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
