Steuben County deputies are continuing to investigate a bank robbery that occurred Friday morning in the Village of Addison. Officials say a man entered a financial institution on Steuben Street around 10:40 a.m., displayed what appeared to be a firearm, and took more than $4,000 before fleeing on foot toward Main Street. No one was injured.

Authorities have developed a person of interest. He is described as a Caucasian male with dark facial hair and shoulder-length blond hair. He was last seen wearing a black hoodie, black pants, and black-and-blue shoes. Deputies say he may have been wearing a blond wig during the robbery. The individual was also observed in the area of Denison Parkway and Market Street in Corning last Friday morning
