A Pennsylvania woman has been arrested by the Yates County Sheriff’s Office following an incident in the town of Middlesex.
27-year-old Lauren Shaff is accused of placing her hands around another family member’s throat impeding their breathing and subjecting them to unwanted physical contact.
Shaff was charged with harassment and criminal obstruction of breathing.
