A Pennsylvania woman was arrested by Penn Yan Police on warrants issued out of Penn Yan Village Court.
Shelley Hamlin is accused of failing to appear on several separate court dates resulting in the two warrants charging her with bail jumping, aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.
Hamlin was processed at the police department and arraigned in Penn Yan Village Court thereafter.
