A Pennsylvania man is facing charges in Steuben County after Sheriff’s Deputies were called to investigate a situation where the driver of a running car was found slumped over the steering wheel.
It is alleged that 45-year-old Steven Anderson drove the car while intoxicated. He is also alleged to have been in possession of narcotics including suspected methamphetamine.
Anderson was charged with two felony counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance.
Following his arraignment, Anderson was released to appear in Lindley Town Court at a later date..
