A Penn Yan woman was ticketed by Penn Yan Police for allegedly driving in the village without a license.
44-year-old Christine Northup was spotted driving on Florence Avenue while her driving privileges were suspended.
Northup was charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and ordered to appear in Penn Yan Village Court at a later date.
