A traffic stop on Elm Street in the village of Penn Yan resulted in the arrest of a Penn Yan woman.
Kelly Dunning was found to be driving a car with a suspended registration for an insurance lapse. It was also determined her license had been suspended for failure to supply the state Department of Motor Vehicles with updated vision test results.
Dunning was charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and operating a motor vehicle while registration was suspended. She will appear in Penn Yan Village Court at a later date.
